*It is mandatory to open and unfold the mattress up to 30 days after delivery. Mattress Favourite Nova Orthopedic assumes the desired shape and dimensions 72 hours after unfolding.
WE DO NOT recommend using SHARP objects upon unpacking the furniture due to the possibility of cutting/tearing the damask and the upholstery. Such products will not be accepted for claim. Continuous exposure to direct sunlight may lead to an amendment of the quality or change of the original appearance of the product. Place the furniture no less than 50 cm from any heater or strong heat source/high source of heat. This type of damage to the integrity of the products is NOT covered by their warranty.
