For the first 2 years (24 months), the statutory warranty under the Consumer Protection Act and related laws applies.
The warranty provided by “Furniture Videnov” Ltd., UIC: 206200273, located at Yagoda St. No. 6, Yambol, does not affect the consumer rights arising from Chapter Four "Claims" of the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer has legal remedies against the seller that do not involve costs for them. Regardless of the commercial warranty, the seller is responsible for the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract, in accordance with Articles 33-36 related to Articles 41-47 of the Consumer Protection Act.
1. Scope of the Extended Warranty (after the 2nd year)
The extended warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing imperfections or design faults and applies from the 25th to the 60th month from the purchase date.

Covered components:
Frame (sofas and settees) and structure (all products): Deformations, breakage, or collapse of the supporting structure during normal home use. Normal home use means using the product as intended in a private home.
Mechanisms: damage to extension, reclining, or folding mechanisms, as well as to door and drawer mechanisms, caused by a manufacturing defect.Seat and backrest filling (sofas and settees):
Uneven or premature sinking of foam by more than 30% of the original volume.
Loss of elasticity beyond normal wear and tear.

2. Specific Conditions for the validity of the extended warranty:
To be valid after the second year, the following conditions must be met:
Registration: The product must be registered online within 30 days from the purchase date on the Furniture Videnov website.
Reasonable use: The sofa must be used in a home environment under normal load. Claims from legal entities will not be accepted. This extended commercial warranty applies exclusively to consumers – natural persons who acquire goods outside the scope of their trade or professional activity, within the meaning of §13, item 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
For legal entities and professional clients, different warranty conditions may apply, as mutually agreed between the parties.
No interference: No unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications have been made.
Proof of purchase: Presentation of the extended warranty code issued upon product registration on the Furniture Videnov website.3. Conditions under which the extended warranty does not apply (after the 2nd year):
The extended warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear: Considered sinking of filling up to 30%, even fading, and “loosening” of upholstery due to prolonged use, surface changes, and scratches from normal home use.
Upholstery damage: Caused by stains, moisture, chemicals, pets, or sharp objects.
Mechanical damage: From impact, dropping, dragging, improper assembly, or transport.
Uneven wear: Due to uneven use (e.g., always sitting in the same spot).
Use in commercial or public environments.
Damage from external factors: scratches, bedbugs, moisture, mold, heat, direct sunlight, or fire.

4. Deadlines for reviewing and satisfying claims (after the 2nd year):
For claims made after the 24-month standard warranty expires, the following deadlines apply:
Up to 1 month for an opinion from the authorized expert team after filing the claim and submitting photos. Photos of the product will be required to determine the basis of the claim.
Up to 1 additional month for actual satisfaction of the claim — via repair, replacement of defective parts, or another appropriate solution. The seller will propose an option they can realize. If more than one response option is available, the customer has the right to choose the most suitable one.
If replacement of the product is necessary, it may be replaced with an identical product (with similar upholstery or characteristics – type, size, close color, and price), if the purchased product is no longer manufactured. The customer will be provided at least 2 model options. Termination of the purchase contract is not foreseen. If the customer refuses the offered options and does not want a replacement product, Furniture Videnov reserves the right to terminate the claim service due to the customer’s unwillingness to accept the offered solutions.
The total time to complete the process does not exceed 2 months from the date the claim is registered. If more time is needed, it will be agreed upon with the customer.

5. Services and components excluded from the extended warranty:
Preventive cleaning or refreshing of the sofa.
Reupholstering or replacement of decorative elements.
Wear of zippers, Velcro, decorative threads, and accessories.

6. Complaints and Protection of Consumer Rights.
The consumer has the right to submit complaints and notifications regarding violations of their rights under these warranty conditions or under the Consumer Protection Act to the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC).

7. Extended Warranty under the Campaign
The merchant reserves the right to offer, as part of promotional campaigns, various products duly marked in the catalogue, for which an extended commercial warranty is provided for a specified period, and to which the registration procedure described above applies. This includes products from the following categories:
Sofas, Settees, Bedroom Furniture Sets, Kitchens and Kitchen Modules marked with the “5-Year Warranty” label
For products from the categories Mattresses and Electrical Appliances, registration is not carried out according to the specified procedure and does not cover the cited period.
When registering an Extended Warranty for modular kitchens, it is not necessary to list all modules from the order. An extended warranty code is issued for the entire order and will automatically apply to all modules. The warranty does not apply to accessories, sinks, faucets, or electrical appliances.
