    applies to the entire territory of Bulgaria. We have over 4000 products that we deliver within 10 working days. One or two days before the delivery day we will call you by phone to clarify
    the date. Then we will send you a text when to expect us.

    You can pay in the most convenient way for you. You can choose from the following options while placing the order:

7What is the CARRYING service?

| The carrying service is made on the day of delivery. If you haven’t requested the service in advance, your product will be dropped off next to the vehicle.
    We try to get as close to the building as possible but this is not always possible. Without requesting carrying service, our driver travels alone and he may need
    assistance to unload bigger packages from the vehicle.
    The carrying service is performed in the whole country. Request it before placing the order or contact our consultants. You can still request the service until the delivery is specified.
    Payment is made on the spot. Fees are indicated under each product and the minimum fee is 45 BGN / 23.01 €. Please note that for some locations is included also a transport fee

    contact our consultants.
    We try to do the installation from 3 to 5 days after the delivery. If you request the service when placing the order the installation group will contact you
    to choose a suitable day for the installation up to 2 days after the delivery. When requesting the installation afterward, we will contact you for more details.
    Payment is made on the spot. Fees are indicated under each product. The minimum fee is 54 BGN / 27.61 €. Please note that for some locations is included also a transport fee

9How can I return a product?

| You have the right to return a purchased item within 14 days from the moment you receive it at the delivery address. We believe that two weeks is enough time for you to calmly decide whether the product is exactly what you want in your home. The item must be returned in full completeness, with documentation, and in good condition, in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order by sending us an e-mail at [email protected] with the following information:
   • Order number;
   • A photo of the product;
   • Description of the reason for the return (optional);
   • Bank account details and account holder name for the refund (if the refund will be issued via bank transfer).

Return costs: You bear the direct costs of the return (Art. 55, para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Dear customers,

As part of our commitment to the protection of your personal information and in the spirit of transparency, we hereby notify you of an incident involving unauthorized access to customer data from the online store en.videnov.bg

1 . What happened ?

On July 21, 2025, our IT department detected suspicious activity on the administrative panel of the online store. Following an internal investigation, it was established that unauthorized access had been obtained to a portion of customer data.

On July 30, 2025, through an external source, the existence of downloaded customer data was confirmed.

2.  What data were affected ??

 - If you have a registration but have not placed any orders: name and email address.

- If you have a registration and have placed orders: full name, email address, telephone number, and delivery address.

- If you have used consumer credit: full name and/or unified civil number.

Important: No information relating to bank cards or other payment data has been affected. All online payments are processed through secure payment systems (BORICA virtual POS terminal with SSL/TLS encryption).

3.  What are the potential risks for you?

  As present, there is no evidence of misuse of the information. Nevertheless, it is possible that:

 - You may receive phishing emails or phone calls falsely claiming to be from us.

- There may be attempts at fraud through requests for additional personal or financial data.

4.  What measures have we taken ?

We immediately restricted access to the administrative panel and implemented additional measures for system control and monitoring.

We have notified the Commission for Personal Data Protection, and we are working in close cooperation with the competent authorities to clarify the case.
 

5.  What do we recommend ?

Change the password for your account on our website and update the password of related email accounts. If possible, enable two-factor authentication.

Be cautious when receiving emails or phone calls requesting personal information.
