Payment:
- The entire order is paid upon delivery, no advanced payment is required
- Bank transfer: with a payment order or debit/credit card – 100% in advance.
- Leasing with PB Personal Finance.
Delivery:
FREE for orders above 150 € / 293,37  BGN in the territory of Bulgaria.
Carrying, installation:
- Charges are described under each product.
- The carrying and installation services are available nationwide. For cities: Botevgrad, Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Vidin, Gabrovo, Gotse Delchev, Dobrich, Dupnitsa, Kazanlak, Kardzhali, Kyustendil, Montana, Pazardzhik, Pernik, Petrich, Pleven, Plovdiv, Russe, Sandanski, Smolyan, Sofia, Stara Zagora, Sliven, Haskovo, Shumen and Yambol – only the price of the carrying and installation services are paid. For all other settlements in Bulgaria, an additional transport fee of 0.51 € / 1 BGN per km is paid in one direction to the nearest of the mentioned cities.
- The installation service of the purchased furniture is carried out on a day other than the day of delivery.
- Payment for the requested carrying and/or installation services shall be made at the time of delivery.
- The installation price is indicated for each item. If the price of a single item or the total amount of all items requested by the customer for installation service is less than 27.61 € / 54 BGN, the customer shall pay a minimum charge of 27.61 € / 54 BGN.
- The carrying price is indicated for each product. The carrying price is based on the actual levels/floors to be covered by the group performing the service. Please note that lobbies and ground floors are charged, although they may not be numbered in your building. If the cost of a single item or the total of all items requested by the customer for the carrying is less than 23.01 € / 45 BGN, the customer shall be charged a minimum charge of 23.01 € / 45 BGN.
- The customer is obligated to assist with unloading if carrying is not requested.
If no price is specified, the following will be considered: carrying is 6% of the price of the items up to and including the second floor and 2% on each subsequent floor (for carrying by lift, it is 6% of the price of the items, regardless of floor). Installation: For upholstered furniture, 1.5%, leather bedrooms 6%, cabinet furniture 15%, and kitchens, 20% of the product price.

The Merchant offers an additional option “PICK UP FROM STORE”, which is valid only for the following stores located in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria:
•    In Sofia: Okolovrasten pat 106A, 515–525 “Botevgradsko Shose” Blvd. (XOPark), 65–67 “Tsaritsa Yoanna” Blvd.
•    Varna, Pernik, Yambol, Sandanski, Sliven, Montana, Vidin, Botevgrad, Troyan, Velingrad, Burgas, and Plovdiv (150 “Peshtersko Shose” Blvd., Twin Park)
To activate the “PICK UP FROM STORE” option, the products must be placed in a separate order. When the customer’s cart contains products that do not meet the conditions, the service is automatically unavailable.
The customer will be notified by SMS and email when the order is ready for collection. The pickup is carried out during the working hours of the selected store, personally by the individual who placed the order, upon presentation of an identity document and the order number.
Orders are stored for up to 3 days, and if they are not collected within this period, they are cancelled and the amount is refunded.
