Care and maintеnance:
Granite sinks withstand pressure, in terms of denting, discoloration and cutting. The most important characteristic of granite sinks is that it does not lose its shine. Apart from being long lasting, it is scratch resistant, shiny and non-porous. Clean the sink every day. After each use, make sure the sink is dry. To do this rinse and dry the sink with a dry cloth. Make sure there is no water in the sink after this. Remember that water quality plays a huge part in maintaining the sink. To remove mineral spots use a diluted solution of vinegar and water to clean the sink. Then wash the surface with water. Use milder detergents to clean the sink. If there are persistent stains it`s best to use an abrasive cloth. In case some stains have soaked into the sink, use bleach and water solution. For this, you need to mix bleach in a 40:1 ratio. Soak the stains for 24H. Then drain the solution and rinse with water. Sliding pots on the sink leave metal parts. To remove them use a soft brush and liquid soap.
Attention!
Dropping heavy and sharp objects on the sink could damage its surface. Do not use metal scrapers as they leave metal residues on the sink surface. Cast iron cookware leaves long-lasting stains on the sink.
