In such cases, we would charge a reasonable amount of administrative cost. If necessary, we will inform you of any charges before we consider the specific request.
Response time: We respond to all valid requests within one month, unless the request is particularly complex or if you have made multiple requests, in which case we will respond within a maximum of two months. We will let you know if we need more than one month. We reserve the right not to respond to your request it if negatively affects the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.
